Was informed by a JD dealer that B & S now makes the JD snowblowers.
In the past, Ariens made them.

won't matter much anymore cause i think i read that jd will no longer market small mowers and snowblowers after 2012... honda will phase in their name brand at jd dealers. google it and type in 'john deere/honda' i'm going to check with my dealer and get it from him for sure.
