I've got a 22 hp OHV v-twin on a John Deere D130. I pulled the carburetor off without taking pictures of where the linkages were connected. I've got what I call a stray rod and no clue where the darn thing goes. Need some assistance. Thanks.

The rod on the left of the photo goes to the choke
The goveernor arm on the right should connect to a similar rod on the right of the carb . BE caereful they only go on one way and if fitted inside out or upside down they will foul on the manifold

I've tried to connect the rod on the left to the carb, but when I got to mount the carb the rod jams up. I'll add a couple more pics of the carb to show you. Thanks.
Carb.gif is where I connected the rod.

Note I said it only fits one one way
From memory you can install it into the choke so it pushes or pulls
However the mechanism pushes so if you link it up in the pull hole it will lock up.
It also fouls on the manifold.
