1) is the PTO clutch engaged?
NO-engage
Yes-go to next step
2) is the primary drive belt broken, worn, frayed, glazed, or stretched?
Yes-replace belt
NO--go to next step
3) if the secondary drive belt broken, worn, pray, glazed, or stretched?
Yes-replace belt
No--go to next step
4) is the primary belt quick release belt tension handle locked in place?
No-lock in place
Yes-go to next step
5) is the secondary drive belt tensioning spring weak, broken or unhooked
Yes-replace spring
