I have a John Deere 317 that I am having problems with kids were mowing the lawn with it and shout it off and now it will not start just clicks. Tried turning the flywheel by hand will not move. not sure the reason for this plugs look good , Oil is clean. any Ideas?

Twin cylinder Kohler K series engine. Seeing you had the plugs out and it wouldn't turn over with the flywheel, it sounds like something is seized up. First thing is isolate the engine from the chassis. Find out what is seized.
