J Jason B Forum Newbie Mar 18, 2012 #1 I have a JD LX188 that ran great last year. Now it seems to have 1/2 power and will stall when the mower is engaged. I replaced belts and pulleys including the engine pulley, but still no power. Any thoughts? Thanks for your help!

Grass ala Mowed Well-Known Member Mar 18, 2012 #2 Power comes from the engine, not belts and pulleys. Check your spark plug(s), fuel freshness, fuel filter, etc.
