JD LA120 deck vibration

Just replaced blade belt and installed new blades. Blades balanced good and new belt correctly routed. Blade engagement normal, but deck vibration seems more than before. Worn spindles? There is slight play in spindles but does not seem excessive. I may reinstall old belt and blades to try and compare. Thoughts ?
 
You need to release the tension on your blade belt and then check your spindles for wear, roll them by hand and feel and listen to the bearings , you cannot really tell with the belt in place.
