JD 657 Repower, Electrical Problems

Everything is working great, except I can not get the battery to charge when running I have AC volts coming out of the rectifier/regulator on the far right post, but I cant figure out where it converts to DC. The new engine is a Kawasaki FH721V. Maybe I have the pins hooked up wrong on the rectifier/regulator?
