Get an inline plug tester .
Put it on the morew so you can see the neon tube and go mow.
When the engine is dying check for the orange glow ( indicating you have a spark ).
If it glows while the engine is dying you have a fuel supply problem.
Blocked outlet in fuel tank
air lock in fuel tank.
Faulty fuel pump
