is1500z need help trouble shooting hyd issues

I need help trying to figure out how to trouble shoot the hyd on my ferris is1500z mower.
I'm having problems with the left side not wanting to pull and I'm having issues with it not wanting to turn to the right.
I don't know if its the hyd pump or the drive motor.

Please help
