G'day guys,
Further to my prior posts regarding electrical issues on my Toro zmaster 6000, it was suggested the new ignition switch i purchased may be the wrong one.
I think the issue is more complex than that but hoping icould get verification from wiser folk here as to whether this switch's pin layout is correct for this model ?

Please advise if i need to post a pic. Of the plug as well or if this can be confirmed from the schematics.
Cheers

Post your units model and serial numbers. With them we can tell you which switch you need. Many switches look the same, but are very different. If you look at the sides of your switches terminals you will see letters identifying what each terminal is used for. Must replace with like switch. Google search “how to identify small engine ignition switch”.

okay based on your previous threads you have 74960 SN 316#######

PN 117-2221 superseded to 137-4100

here is the pin out and the make/break table

Use an ohm meter and see if the table is correct and check switch for the right layout.
