If you won millions, what would you do ?

For the purpose of this discussion, lets say you won $200,000,000, what would you do with it ?

I would give about $50,000,000 to local charities (more specifically the local charity for re-homing and helping cats), spent about $1,000,000 on a nice house in the country (with a very, very large lawn to mow every week), $500,000 on a nice classic car to cruise around in, $25,000 on a top of the range ride on mower, and keep the remaining $148,475,000 in the bank.

Oh, and of course, I'd give a Million or so to all you guys... The cheques are in the post :laughing:

I would pay off the rest of my loans from college and the house mortgage. Buy some nice property to build a new home, get some reliable cars, build a massive entertainment room in the new house, then invest the rest.

Reason I would do that is then I can keep donating all of the money earned from interest to different charities for the rest of my life and in the end get a lot more out of it! :biggrin:

If I came into $ ---- there would be world class work shop and tools to work on my machines. There would be a LONG building for all the Ventrac attachments.

I'd help out when I felt someone or some group was deserving, but ONLY if they did not ask for it. NO BEGGING PLEASE :thumbdown: !

If you have followed my posts at all, you would know that I enjoy helping, but would have no tolerance for undeserving beggars.

Would most likely use some of it to help Service members and their families who need help because they made a choice to serve their Country and are having trouble with finances because of it.

Not sure what the government is like in Scotland, but here about 55% of what you win in a lottery, etc. goes to taxes and Social Security....so there your winnings are automatically reduced by more than half.
