Never had a Starting problem, until now. I couldn't get it to start.I put a new Fuel Filter & Spark Plug. I put it on level ground, and Blew out Gas Line. I wasn't getting Gas to the Filter. I Blew in the Hose, toward the Tank and received Prime. It would run close to a Hour or when I was on a Steep Incline. I've done this several times. I need Help!
Please!

Have you checked whether your gas cap vent hole is clogged? I had the same frustrating problem and was about to replace the fuel pump when I noticed that the vent hole on the cap was clogged. Naturally, this created a vacuum inside the tank causing the fuel pump to starve and the engine to quit. Cleaning the hole solved my problem.

Are you saying this only happens when you go on a steep incline? Maybe something in the fuel tank is plugging the fuel outlet.
