Hustler Hyperdrive Super Z

Im working on this hyperdrive that had a bent rod. I replaced it and did some steering adjustments and now it doesn't have any power like it should and it keeps trying to die going up a small hill. What would be the best solution for this mower?

Is the pump lever making full travel in the forward direction? Also, is the reservoir full?
