Hustler FasTrak slow speed

I have a Hustler FasTrak that has slowed down when levers are all the way forward. It was a lot faster. It moves forward correctly and it goes straight but the speed of the mower is not as fast as it used to be, so the tracking is ok. Can I adjust the speed of the mower? The model # is 928382. Any help would very much be appreciated.

How hours or time you got on the mower? Hustler recommends changing the Hydro oil every 200 hrs or two years whichever comes first,

Okay, I've replaced the drive belt, hydro oil and filters. It still is slow. Any other ideas?
