I have a Hustler Fast Trac won't start just clicks Replaced Battery and Starter but still just clicks. I put the charger on the battery for an hour or so and try while the charger is still hooked up and maybe it gets enough juice to start. Huge hassel!!!! Any suggestions, maybe the ignition switch has charging and running voltages switched reversed???

You stated that you replaced the battery and charger. Can you turn the crankshaft by hand? I recently had the exact same symptoms as you describe, only to find that the engine was froze up. The click sound was the starter motor engaging and "attempting" to turn the engine over but because it was froze, it would only make a click sound.

Try pulling out the spark plug, and turning engine by hand. If it turns over by hand, make sure no gas runs out of head, more than likely you have a kawasaki. If no gas comes out of the cilinder, put plug back in, not connecting spark plug wire, as we just want to see if the engine will turn over at this point.
If the engine turns, only to the compression stroke, then stops, or gets really slow, check valve clearance. Pull the valve cover. Inspect the push rods, make sure they are not bent. Also check to be certain valve guides have not moved.
If the head has been hot, these could be the problem. I've seen it in the shop on commercial equipment. The head will get hot due to air fins getting clogged with dirt and grime.
Valves set at .005 for intake, and exhaust.
