fixed. feel like a real dumba** assumed that owner who said he was a good diesel mechanic had a clue, but ended up being wrong when he replaced the drive belt he installed it correctly but placed the pulley on the wrong side of the belt. after going crazy, talking to you guys and hydro-gear, went to put on smaller belt on 55.5 inches but would not fit, went back to belt owner installed 56 inches and placed the pulley in correct position resolved the issue.
