Husqvarna r13c handbrake

Hello everyone

The handbrake on my Husqvarna button doesn't retract when you press it in it just stays on I have put my fingers down the back to make the plate fit so the handbrake stays on . What needs replacing here or fixing I took covers off and there doesn't seem much in that area

As heading states it's a Husqvarna rider 13c it's a ride on lawn mower

The spring , part # 19 is probably broken.
