Husqvarna PZ60 hydro pump bypass?

Husqvarna PZ60 hydro pump bypass valve set up? Should it be 100 closed as the instructions implies? "Tighten the valve moderately."
Because after it was manually moved after turning the bypass valves open >1/2 turn. When I closed them, it was much more than a 1/2 of turn to seat them. They were hand snug no wrench used. What is the correct way to set the bypass valve up? Thanks

Lightly tightened is appropriate but don't use a death grip on a wrench.

Hello P.,

Never trust "finger tight" to be good enough. Parts expand and vibrate with heat and operating temperature; they will eventually back off slowly cause hydraulic pump and drive motor issues.

Put a wrench on the bypass fittings and pull lightly with one finger, that will secure the fittings appropriately.

I'm not going to suggest an "official torque" because most people don't have a torque wrench unless they work on equipment for a hobby or to make a living.

Finger tight is not tight enough for really any kind of bolt, and definitely not the hydro bypass valve.
