Husqvarna courage 20 runs perfect but has a problem in rear end.

After cutting grass for 30 minutes it suddenly won't go forward or reverse,and I'm hearing slight gear grinding. Also you can't keep a hand on the big hub so to speak, and I checked the lub , and it's full and clear. After setting a couple of hours it starts and can cut grass for another 30 minutes and the same happens. There is 219 hours on this mower and bought in 2009. need some help here, before I ruin the mower. Thanks
