I acquired 2 Husky 125B blowers. Neither have had much use, but haven't been ran in a few years. The fuel systems look decent, but I haven't got that far. I cured the no spark issue by replacing the coil and sanding the magnet on the flywheel. So with decent spark, I spray starting fluid in the carburetor and it won't fire. I remove the spark plug, spray starting fluid in the hole, replace the plug - - - STILL won't fire!!! I ran a compression test and after 3-4 pulls it gets to 75 psi. My Stihl runs awesome at 80 psi. I removed the flywheel to see if it maybe the key had sheared and caused it to be out of time, but that was not the case. What could I be missing... The guy I got them from has been a friend for years and I believe him when he said that they were running when he quit using them. His Husky dealer closed up so he went and bought Stihl equipment.. I haven't attempted to work on the second one as it has no spark at the moment as well.
