HRR216 8VKA MANUAL CHOKE ROD REASSEMBLY HELP.

I recently switched out a bent crank shaft for my mower and I am in the process of reassembly, unfortunately I cannot figure out where and how this particular rod connects.

I am assuming this i the choke rod and from my recollection it connects to the manual choke assembly and carburetor but the shape of the rod is telling me that it doesn't...

I have tried looking for a diagram or picture for this particular model but only the auto choke model shows up. I was wondering if any of you are familiar or have this particular model? Could you give me some direction or better yet a picture would be great.

Thanks,

Ken

Mark,

Thank you for you reply. I have messaged Robert earlier in the week but have yet to receive a reply. The diagrams are for a different model other than mine. The one that I have has a manual choke control on the top of the carburetor. I have yet to find any pictures or diagrams for this particular model.

Thank you.

You've got mail!

FYI, your model has an autochoke, thus, no choke rod per se, but a throttle control rod that connects to the governor arm. See the detailed image I send you via PM.
