HRR blades on an HRN?

Hello everyone,
Can these blades be used safely and effectively on a HRNB216VKA? My dealer sold me these as spare, and I want to either use them or return them. They do fit and have the same mounting holes.

They are not quite the same as the OEM blades that came with this mower. Thanks in advance.

Update: They seem to work well, I can't see a difference in cut quality between these and the OEM blades.
