I'm trying to attach a garden cart I have to my Craftsman LT1000 lawn tractor; there must be a way, and I cannot Google anything because I don't know what it might be called. I have a Harbor Freight garden cartHarbor Freight Garden Cart.jpgwhich has a handle 1.5 inches span but the holes for the handle are horizontal.

My LT1000 lawn tractor has a 5/8 inch vertical hole for attaching stuff like a 5/8 inch hitch pin on its rear plate, like at the point of the "triangle".

So is there an adapter to do this that I can just purchase? Or do I need to get 1.5 inch square tubing and drill appropriate holes to make my own adapter? Thanks, and I'm open to all ideas.

I don't understand this answer. Is it posted in wrong thread?
Bailing wire, duck tape, 3n1oil and zip ties. These items will fix anything. Don't forget JB Weld.

Far as the Biden reference, you must of voted for our current president.

I acquired a Gorilla cart (very similar) and it had a handle like yours. I was able to buy a replacement handle that worked as a walk or tow for around $35. It's the best of both worlds! Can't find a link to it but I do I will update the post.
