This is so frustrating. I just run it until the reservoir collapses, then, I just hire somebody else to mow for me

You could have one made at your local hydraulic shop. The shop could fabricate one from a metal tank or from other piece of equipment.

There is another option.
You could mount two smaller tanks. The two return lines would need to be plumbed into the top of separate tanks. The bottom exit of both tanks will need to be into a single line that goes to the filter.

So I did some research on Amazon of the manufacturer of that aluminum tank. They build and sell products designed to replace the plastic tanks. They also accept custom orders. That is the path I would explore.

I have a FerrisIS3000Zxk27/61 seriel 3752 with a cracking hydraulic fluid reservoir. Does anyoneknow the capacity of this container? I would like to replace it but the ones I see offered are much smaller.

Cracking where? HDPE can be "welded".....
