have Husqvarna LT1238 lawn mower. Deck will not raise up on left side. Any hel would be appreciated!

I'm going to move your thread on over to our Husqvarna section in case you still need more help.
 
The left and right sides are mirror images of each other
So look at the right side and look at the left side.
What is different is what is wrong
