Honda hrx217 runs rough at idle

Thanks for the reply. I cleaned carb. Didn’t make any difference. I moved on to a different project for now.
 
Maybe look at the bearings on the roto-stop system. I've had them go bad before and maybe if one was going very bad it could cause some issues when idling.
