Honda HRX 217 Transmission Troubles

I have a HRR216K3VXA that stopped self propelling. I replaced the belt with no improvement and then the transmiison. Still no self propelling. Any ideas

Assume you verified cable not stretched and adjusted properly. I'd guess the driveshaft bushings are worn. Think yours are p/n 44327-VG3-B00.
