Honda HR214 blade engagement bogs down engine

So after ring replacement and governor replacement my engine runs fine, the drive works fine, but when I engage the blade it bogs down the engine a lot and even quits. Starts up after just fine. I let the engine idle for 20 minutes thinking it might be the problem, but it is fine. Everything seemed to function properly before I ripped it down for new rings.

Mechanical governor is not right. Try resetting the governor.

I thought I did it right, went out and performed it again and didn't think I changed anything, but it worked. Thanks, but I also found that I have lost rpms so I need to adjust.
