My Honda Harmony 2013 was running ok but just stalled and wont restart. The fuse is good.
The only other clue is that I have had to wiggle the gear shift in neutral to get it to start on occasion.
So when you say it won't restart,
does the starter motor turn the engine or not?
Most Honda riding equipment uses an safety interlock system. There are a series of switches and relays, that all must 'line up' for the starter to spin the engine.
The starter will NOT operate if any of the following are true:
• The shift lever is not in Neutral.
• There is no operator in the seat OR the parking brake is OFF.
• The PTO is ON.
• Any of the interlock switches have failed
Now
if the starter IS spinning, but the engine won't start, check for good spark, replace the spark plug, inspect carburetor/air filter, verify choke operation is correct, etc.
Honda has paper shop manuals for almost all older riding equipment, including tractors; Honda sells them on eBay and Amazon direct (free shipping):
