First post here, recently bought my first house and got a hand me down Troy-Bilt push mower with a Honda GCV160. Have decent exposure to working on engines and went through it and fixed small issues, cleaned the carb, what not. i cannot figure out where this slow fuel leak is coming from....see the attached picture. It’s not from the carb or air filter, it is before the fuel shut off valve and drips down off of the yellow highlighted circle in the picture. The fuel lines are all dry when I inspected and touched them, no visible rot. The outside of the fuel tank itself is also dry. Any help or ideas are appreciated, my searches for a solution to this problem have come up empty so far. Thanks

Well... not a whole lot of options. I'd pull the whole tank / top shroud off to inspect better. Should be only a few bolts. The tank itself or a line maybe cracked.
