I have a 1994 Honda H4514H that will not start. I originally had no spark and found that I had a bad ignition coil. Replaced and I now have spark. The motor will turn when cranking but will not start. I am adding fuel directly into carb and have added fuel directly to the combustion chamber by removing plugs but still no start. Without having a schematic of the combination relay I am stuck. Does anyone have any suggestions?

PS: Timing has been confirmed by putting pistons to top and cam gear alignment arrow on the block is pointing directly at the T on the cam gear.

Try with a known good spark plug. If the plug is on it's way out it may have a weak spark that is not enough to start. Been there, sone that.

I have replaced plugs with new ones. Sorry forgot to mention this. Spark appears to be strong.

check the anti backfire solenoid in the carb and make sure it moves out with key on and do a compression test.
