Some GX/GXV610 engines can have issues with spark plugs getting fouled, often due to use a low speed or under light loads. A hotter spark plug is the fix:
NGK: BPR2ES
DENSO: J14CR-U
If plugs are okay....
--Loosen drain screw on carburetor; confirm fuel is reaching the carburetor.
--If no fuel, check fuel valve, blocked fuel line, fuel filter or fuel pump. Some models have a fuel cut solenoid.
--If fuel getting to bowl, inspect, and COMPLETELY clean entire carburetor. Pay attention to jets and emulsion tube. Replace all gaskets. Take your time; a new carburetor is $154+
