New to this site and clueless.
I have a FR691V Husqvarna zero turn, that has a kawasaki engine.
Current situation is it runs when it wants to. Starter needed replacing because it broke. Done that, carburetor as well. When key is turned it will crank but not actually start (on some rare occasion it may). Need ideas on what to check next. Good compression, good spark plugs.

In your situation, we need to go back to the basics. All engines must have 'Compression, Ignition and Fuel'. If any are compromised, it will not operate. Although you have 'good spark plugs', doesn't mean you have spark.
Not enough info to even make a recommendation besides taking it to a Husqvarna service center in your area.
