Walk behind Help with no fire on my TB Tuff Cut 220 Walk Behind

Never a problem with this mower after 10 yrs. Shut off after last mowing and no attempt to start whatsoever. Changed plug, air filter, and it's getting gas to the carb. Pulled the plug wire off and no spark jumping from plug to wire while pulling. What is my next step when my fire is gone?

Disconnect the kill, (stop) wire from the magneto ... If you still have no spark, it will likely be the magneto... #333 in this parts breakdown... Parts and Diagrams for Briggs and Stratton 125K02-0243-E1

You could try to ohm out the coil .. But I don't have those values...
