help with model number

i rencently got an old push mower from my father-in-law that had been sitting for the last ten years. Its from sometime in the '80s and i would like to know more about it. its a montgomery ward push mower with a briggs & stratton engine on it. the lawn mower model number/production date is
tmd37165b/c197c. i would like to know more about it and at least maybe the size of the engine. when i got the mower the motor was tight and the carb was all gunked up. ive since been able to get the engine moving with a little kerosene in the spark plug hold and a major carb cleaning. it started on the third pull and is running great. im just looking to find out more about it and any help would be appreciated. thanx in advance

Post the model number of the engine. Model type code. Also double check the model number of the lawn mower. I don't have any info on the one you posted.

After I posted this I noticed that many of the parts are shown as "not available". I grabbed a "n/a" part number and checked Outdoor Distributors and they still have parts. If it were me, I would print out the diagram and part number listing and see if you can get the part on Outdoor Distributors.
