The tester said my pH was between 6 and 7 in each place I tested. Is this ok?

Should I aerate the lawn as well?

Ok. I called a rental place here and they have one of the core kind so if weather stays good I plan on renting it this coming weekend. Should I fertilize right after? How about overseeding? What kind of fertilizer and seed should I get. I do most of my shopping at lowes if that matters.

A healthy mix fertilizer ie: 10-10-10 or 21-21-21 5 pounds of nitrogen which is the first number and is the percent of the bag per 1000sqft. No weed killer if you over seed. If you seed make sure to water once a day for a little bit don't want puddles. Core is the best way to aerate

I'm still having no luck with my front lawn. It's now mostly crabgrass, Moss and a few other weeds with little grass to be found. Crabgrass by far dominates the lawn. I'm wondering if I would be better off to just kill off the lawn and start over anew with it? Or maybe do it in sections?

My suggestion to get rid of crabgrass is to kill it all. One month later kill it again then get rid of it. Replant good grass for your area.
