The battery wasn't charging. According to the B&S info the 16a alternator should be putting out 26 - 30a A/C off of the alternator. I was getting only 11.5 - 12.5 v A/C so I've changed the alternator and have the same problems with identical readings. The magnets on the flywheel (the only other part of the system) are fully intact and strong. Any ideas on how this could be possible?
