Looking for help changed ignition switch on briggs 28efi on a scag mower believe I put the wrong one in at first now I have the right one in and I don’t hear the fuel pump noise when putting key in run position?? Checked fuses 1 was blown on the scag harness & I replaced but still no fuel pump noise Engine cranks slowly

It would help to the engine and equipment numbers so we could look the wiring. Personally I am not a stable genius with all seeing crystal ball. It just cracked up over someone getting a radar controller module in place of set of piston rings.
