help needed!

Hello people i have a question i have a simplicity 3110 with 12HP briggs.
I had to repair a pulley so what i did was i putted it on its side.
But now theres oil in the carb and in the filter.
Did i broke it now or.....
So i need some help and advice.

No you didn't hurt anything. Replace or clean the air filter. You can clean the air filter with warm water and dish soap then let dry. Easier just to replace. You might get some smoke when you first start the engine.
