Yes I have, but it was about 60 years ago! It was a Gravely with a Gravely engine, pull start with a flat strap. I did odd jobs on a farm back then and the sickle bar Gravely was needed to mow some hilly areas and where the triple gang reel mowers were too wide to get thru.
I remember it well and it had a sulky which I couldn't use on the hilly areas. When I finally got big enough to start it, they taught me how to use it. It would cut sapling trees easily.

My neighbor has one of these from Troy-Bilt. I tried to find new cutter teeth for it with no luck. I really don't think they are a hot seller.
