Have had this mower for a while. Engine slowed down to engage PTO. Engine at full throttle, runs like a charm. Blades turn great till grass is about 2 inches high and blades and PTO shaft slows down. Deck belt replaced first of summer, no belt slipping. Engine does not slow down. This mower will normally cut 6 inch high grass, with no problem. Also I installed new PTO belt today, No change.

Just can’t understand that PTO belt running full speed, but shaft at deck only turning half speed, no belts slipping.????

Will work on blades tomorrow
