center blade not cutting properly, lays the grass over,tried adjusting cutting deck by dropping the front &raising the rear & visa versa,removed blades & sharpened them still no joy,outer blades work fine,really annoying.
 
Did you buy it new ?
have you changed the deck belt.

A lot of owners fit the wrong belt ( too short ) which does not wrap around the centre ( front ) spindle but just glance across it without sufficient contact area to stop the belt slipping when the pulley is under any sort of load.
