Repairs Gravely 2348 XL Electric PTO Clutch removal

Hello - I am new to the site. I have a 10 year old Gravely 2348 XL mower and the PTO Clutch went out. I removed the bolt holding the lower pulley on and cannot get the pulley off to remove the clutch. Do I need a gear puller? It looks like the bottom of the crankshaft is flanged. I am at a loss here and could use some help. The wife's French bulldog is going to lost in the tall grass!

Spray with penetrating oil and let it soak over night.

Put something under it so when it falls off it won't be damaged.
