GH 623t pulls to one side when going up incline or mowing tall grass at times

My 2020 Grasshopper 623t Kohler 23 hp CH682 has a problem jerking and making noise at times, when going up a slight incline or mowing tall grass.
It feels like a brake is grabbing or a pump is not working and it jerks hard to left or right depending on the mood it's in, I guess. Any ideas why?

I found the problem. Grasshopper over tightened the grade 8 bolts holding the brake assembly to the mower and broke them into, nothing was holding the brake assemble to the mower and it was rubbing against the inside of the tire rim. The other tire rim and brake assembly was OK.
