Does the Honda GCV160 engine have a real carb, adjustable, and with a bowl?

Yes, the carb on the GCV160 is a traditional venturi-style carburetor. It has a float/needle valve, bowl, jets, etc. The air/fuel mixture screw has anti-tamper features, per EPA regulations, but can be disabled for adjustment to factory specifications. Some versions have a manual choke, others use an automatic design that moves with a spring and expanding wax cylinder...

Same is true of the larger, GCV190 engine too..

It's going to be nearly impossible to find any non venturi style carbs in small engines that are of this decade
