Engine Gas problem L105

Purchased a new JD D105. Has 13 hrs on it. Under load, sounded like it was starving for gas. Turned it off and looked at the see-thru gas filter, had practically none in it. any Ideas?

HMMmmm 13 hours ?? DON"T play with it .... !!! It's a warranty call for sure , get on the dealer's HOT to DO list !!
