fuel problems

i have a 721 grass hopper 721 gas kubota engine it run fine until it gets hot then it spits and sputters ,i looked in the filter and gas is just barely dripping in filter from line is that normal,thanks for help
 
WELCOME to LMF...

Check if the fuel tank is venting...
Next time it gives you problems, Remove the gas cap... it may be preventing air from entering the tank...

it has a mechanical fuel pump if i take the fuel line off it should pump gas when its turning over right well its not shouldnt it pump gas turning it over please help
