Front wheels come off

The front wheels on my Husqvarna riding mower are always coming off. Either the e clip breaks or it just comes off the axle. Any suggestions?

Drill a small hole in it and install a cotter key or clip

More than likely the slot has become worn. Reynoldston has the right idea, drill a hole and install a cotter pin and washer.

If unable to drill & pin ..you could use a " star-lock "
