Although it’s only 5 years old, this model is discontinued, and no info avail on replacement part #. This model has the tight turning radius feature, which contributed to bearing wear out. Thanks!
 
Current PN is 532009040. Suggest checking the spindle too for the wear as these bushing will eat up the 3/4 shaft.

And you can always up to ball bearings. Bushing to ball bearing kit

or you could go with roller bearings but they are not cheap. Reference Stens 215-267.
