Ferris ZTR front tire won't seal around rim well enough to hold air.

What are my options short of buying a new wheel assembly or tire and still having the same problem?
Are there any no flat tires available?
 
Clean around the rim with some stainless steel wool and do the same with the tyre.
If the bead still will not hold air there is some goo called "bead seal" or something similar that apparently works.
OTOH if you are having trouble making the initial seal to inflate the tyre you will find a tight strap around the tyre center will work wonders.
